The Mante area is composed of 201 cities and townships among which the major ones are Cd. Mante (the head township), Abra, Limon, Aztecas, Cinco de Mayo and the Northern Division. The Mante geographical limits are bordered to the North by
Gomez Farias, Xicotencatl; to the East is the township of Gonzalez; to the South are the
state lines of San Luis Potosi and Veracruz; and to the West are the townships of Antiguo
Morelos (Old Morelos) and Ocampo. The area covers 1185 square miles and is 263 feet above
